Introduction to Climbing
Suitable for people with little or no previous experience, this is one of the very best beginners
rock climbing courses. In three days you will learn about cliff line safety, basic movement on rock
(including the correct way to use your feet, balance and weight transfer, edging, smearing, knots,
rope handling, rappelling and belay techniques, rock features and climbing communications.
You will be introduced to varying degrees of height and difficulties as you progress.
At the end of the course you will have mastered the basic skills and techniques for a safe,
enjoyable climbing. This will enable you to climb with experience leaders up moderately graded
climbs.
After a climb, it's faster, safer, and more convenient to go back to the ground by rappelling. Sometimes rappelling is the only way down.

Intermediate Climbing
An ideal way to expand your technical skills and build on your experience gained on the beginners
course. In two days of climbing you will learn and practice more advanced techniques. These
techniques include lead climbing, assessing potential dangers, anchor building, multiple-pitch
climbing, and free climbing techniques.
Advanced Climbing
No advanced courses will be taught at this time.
Curriculum is tailored to meet different scenarios
Each course has a set curriculum; depending on which course your enroll in, expect to camp, hike,
make challenging decisions, rock climb and rappel off vertical faces, but don't expect your course
to happen in any routine way or on any particular schedule. The itinerary, the route, the guides and
the weather will all work together to make your course unique and challenging. Expect your
course to be dramatic, exciting, educational and fun, be prepared for it to be even more. Your
experience is still ahead of you and the uncontrollable forces of nature are about to write your
story.
